A Collection of Civil Society organisations in the country has faulted the failure by Chakwera's led adiministration , Tonse Alliance , to lay off continued acts of systematic corruption ,saying Officials are still syphoning tax payers money mercilessly .
The group's chairperson Benedicto Kondowe says "The Tonse adiministration has failed Malawians ".
The group is currently addressing members of press at crossroads hotel in Lilongwe .
